Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
These terms govern access to and use of the Aquaindy service by the organization that creates a workspace (the "Customer") and the people it invites. By creating or joining a workspace you agree to them on behalf of the Customer.
2. The service
Aquaindy is an operations workspace for managing client requests, projects, approvals, staff capacity and the Customer's own project costs. It is not a payment service, a bank, an accounting system, or a source of financial, tax, legal or investment advice. Figures shown are computed from records the Customer enters and are estimates for operational use.
3. Accounts and workspaces
Account holders must keep their credentials confidential and are responsible for activity under their account. The Customer controls who is invited to a workspace, their roles and any client-guest access, and is responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the data entered.
4. Acceptable use
The service may not be used to store or transmit unlawful, infringing or malicious content, to attempt access to another workspace, to probe or disrupt the service, or to process personal data without a lawful basis. We may suspend access that threatens the service or other customers.
5. Customer data and client guests
The Customer owns the data it enters. The Customer decides what is shared with client guests through portal settings and grants, and is responsible for those decisions. We process Customer data only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Plans and fees
Every workspace starts with a free trial of three days, with the limits shown on the pricing page. When the trial ends without a paid plan, the workspace becomes read-only: its data stays visible and can be exported, and nothing new can be added or changed until a paid plan is chosen. Paid plans are sold by Paddle.com, our reseller and merchant of record, which handles payment, invoicing and sales tax under its own buyer terms; the price and billing period are shown before purchase. A subscription renews until it is cancelled. When a subscription ends, the workspace becomes read-only in the same way, and no data is deleted. 7. Availability and support
The service is provided without a service-level commitment. We aim to keep the service available and to announce maintenance, and we provide support by email at support@aquaindy.com.
8. Intellectual property
The service, its software and its library templates remain ours. Templates the Customer creates or customizes, and all Customer data, remain the Customer's. The Customer grants us the rights needed to host and process that data for the service.
9. Confidentiality
Each party keeps the other's non-public information confidential and uses it only for the service. Customer data is treated as confidential.
10. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is". We do not warrant that figures, forecasts or alerts are complete or fit for any particular purpose; they depend on the records entered. Nothing in the service constitutes professional advice.
11. Limitation of liability

12. Termination
The Customer may stop using the service at any time and may request export of its data. We may end the service or a workspace's access with notice, and immediately for a serious breach of these terms. On termination we delete or return Customer data under the procedure described in the Privacy Policy.
13. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the service or by email before they take effect; continued use after that date is acceptance.
