Industry blueprints
Repeatable engagements, versioned, previewed before they touch a project.
Five library templates for website, design and retainer work, plus your own. A blueprint carries stages, tasks, dependencies, checklists, deliverables with approval gates and automation rules; applying one is a single transaction you can preview.

What it does
- Library templates: Website Launch, Maintenance Retainer, Brand Design Project, Client Onboarding and an internal launch checklist
- Stages become milestones with relative due dates; tasks carry estimates, priorities, checklists and dependencies
- Deliverables with approval gates (how many sign-offs, from which role)
- Automation rules included as drafts your workspace reviews before publishing
- Preview shows what is new and what already exists; apply is transactional and idempotent
- Versions with change logs, clone-to-workspace, deprecate
How it works
- 1Start a project from a template, or apply one to a project that already exists.
- 2Read the preview: new items, existing matches, warnings.
- 3Apply once; retries never duplicate tasks.
What it never does
- Never overwrites data you have customized; existing items are matched by name and kept.
- Hours in a template are planning assumptions, never promises.
- A workspace's templates are invisible to every other workspace.
