Client operations
Clients, projects, requests, deliverables and a portal your clients can trust.
The hub for everything a client engagement produces: structured client records, projects with tasks and milestones, deliverables with versioned sign-offs, request intake and a portal that shows clients exactly what you choose to share.

What it does
- Client records with contacts, lifecycle status, tags and up to fifteen custom fields of your own
- Projects with service category, dates, restricted visibility and a team of leads and contributors
- Tasks and subtasks with assignees, estimates, priorities, due dates, dependencies that refuse cycles, and milestones
- Deliverables with versions; approvals pinned to one exact version, decided once, recorded forever
- Client requests through a form you design, triaged and converted into tasks with one confirmation
- Internal and shared comment threads, a project activity timeline, workspace search and CSV export
- Uploads checked for type, size and malware signature, served through short-lived signed links
- A client portal with time-limited access grants, request intake and shared files only
How it works
- 1Create a client and a project, then invite colleagues to the project team.
- 2Share a deliverable version and request approval; the client decides from the portal.
- 3Convert incoming requests into tasks and watch the timeline fill with auditable events.
What it never does
- Clients never see internal notes, cost rates, staff capacity or another client's work.
- An approval given on version two never applies to version three.
- Nothing is deleted from the approval record; archiving hides, it does not erase.
