Budget against actual, forecast to completion, margin you can trace to the entry.
Project-level finance for the agency's own records: versioned budgets, cost rates with effective dates, approved time, expenses with receipts and exchange rates, scope changes, scenarios and threshold alerts. Every figure is an integer in minor units and comes with its basis.

What it does
- Contract value and approved cost budgets by category, revised through versions and never rewritten after approval
- Cost rates per role or person with effective dates; approved time is costed once and frozen
- Expenses with receipt files, categories, vendors, credits and voids; foreign currency converted with a recorded rate
- Forecast: actual cost, estimate to complete, forecast total, variance, contribution and margin with explicit denominators
- Scope change register with pending changes shown as assumptions; scenarios compared side by side
- Alerts on cost burn, forecast over budget, margin below target and milestone risk, feeding automation
- Invoice milestone ledger for information, project economics report and CSV export
How it works
- 1Record the contract value and approve a budget by category.
- 2Set cost rates; log and approve time; post expenses.
- 3Read the forecast, its basis and its warnings; set alert thresholds.
What it never does
- Cost rates and ledgers never reach client guests or ordinary members, by field-level access rather than hidden buttons.
- No payments, no invoices sent, no accounting entries, no advice.
- Margin is undefined, not infinite, when revenue is zero.
Works with
- Client operationsClients, projects, requests, deliverables and a portal your clients can trust.
- Workflow automationRules that route work and remind the right people, with nothing you cannot explain.
- Command centerWhat is late, waiting, over budget or under-resourced, with the formula beside each number.
